Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Returns Period: Customers have 15 days from the date of purchase to return their items for a refund or exchange.

  • Eligible Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.

  • Returns Procedure: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service at soccer2kshop@gmail.com or @soccer2k on Instagram and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions on the return procedure.

  • Refunds: Once we have received the returned items and confirmed that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Your refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items. We strongly recommend customers use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
